NIAGARA FALLS AMERICANS BEGIN TO FINALIZE ROSTER BEFORE TRAINING CAMP

The Niagara Falls Americans Baseball Team will kick off their inaugural season at Sal Maglie Stadium this June & have announce some more roster additions before training camp starts.  OF-Mason Bondoc (University of Victoria), C-Ryan Donovan (Finger Lakes Community College), LHP-Nolan Feidt (SUNY Niagara), OF-Brett Johnson (SUNY Niagara), INF-Chris Kramer (Walsh University), RHP/3B-Jude Lowry (SUNY Niagara) will call the City of Niagara Falls home this summer.

Nolan Feidt & Brett Johnson (SUNY Niagara) will have a slight advantage as they played their college ball at Sal Maglie Stadium this past spring for the Thunderwolves.  Feidt hails from Liverpool NY and had 13 Strikeouts in just 6 appearances for SUNY Niagara.  Brett played well in the regions round for the Thunderwolves.  Originally from Williamsville NY Johnson had a .364 batting average this past season.

Outfielder Mason Bondoc comes from University of Victoria and played for the Ontario Blue Jays as well.  Bondoc is 5’11 and a native of Oakville Canada.  Bondoc will bring quickness and speed to the Americans roster this summer.

Local favorite Jude Lowry helps bring a familiar face to Niagara Falls.  Lowry graduated from Niagara Falls High School and even played his travel ball for the Cayuga Heat.  Lowry will be seen on the mound & even bring some offense to the team as well.

North Tonawanda 5’ 11 native Catcher Ryan Donovan comes from Finger Lakes Community College.  Donovan played his varsity baseball for North Tonawanda High School and finished his first season with the Lakers this spring.

6’1 Chris Kramer from Amherst New York will help solidify the Infield this year for the Americans.  Kramer was named Section VI second team with a .450 BA in High School and played his college ball for Walsh University.

Opening day is Friday June 7th -6:30 PM with Post Game Fireworks courtesy of Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino.
